Day to Day Itinerary:

Day 1: Dublin to Hong Kong, China: 

Depart from Dublin on your overnight flight to Hong Kong.

Day 2-3: Hong Kong, China: 

On arrival in Hong Kong, after your overnight flight, you will be taken to a 4-star hotel in the city for a one night stay. In the morning you will be transferred to the port to board the magnificent Celebrity Millenium and get settled. The ship departs in the early evening on her voyage of the far east!

Neon signs galore, dim sum, and amazing temples are a few of the favorite experiences in Hong Kong. Take in as much as you can of this thrilling city with its endless shopping and towering skyscrapers. Your agenda for Hong Kong should include Victoria Peak, an Aberdeen Fishing Village, the Man Mo Temple and Sheung Wan Dried Food and Herbal Market. Be certain to have extra room in your suitcase for the bargains you are bound to discover.

Day 4: At Sea

Get closer to the stars at the Rooftop Terrace on our top deck. Catch an alfresco movie in chic, intimate surroundings accompanied by themed drinks and snacks.

Day 5:  Taipei (Keelung), Taiwan:

This culturally diverse and commercially influential city has been shaped by its fierce sense of independence vying with undeniable ties to mainland China. The result is a fascinating blend of culture, art, history and social diversity. As you explore through the city on your Taipei cruise, you’ll fall in love with the futuristic cityscape and dazzling arcitecture. Dotted with tranquil parks and green spaces, you’ll find locals practicing the art of Tai Chi. Cuisine plays a central role in Taiwanese culture with culinary traditions from regions throughout China, including Fujian, Shanghai, Sichuan, and Hunan found around the city. Be sure to visit a relaxing tea house, or sample some famous Taiwanese snacks at a lively night market. Browse high-end boutiques in the Zhongxiao-Dunhao area and explore the dozens of fashionable malls in Xinyi District for keepsakes and souvenirs.

Day 6:  At Sea:  

For big, bold flavours, try Tuscan Grille – our speciality ristorante and enoteca. Regional Italian wines, succulent dry aged steaks, and outgoing service give Tuscan Grille its rustic charm.

Day 7: Busan, South Korea:

It is Busan’s premier trading port, adjacent to the Korean Straits and Japan, that makes it an international metropolis but its beautiful sea vistas that make it a charming place to unwind. Experience the serenity of Beomeo-sa Temple, climb the Busan Tower in Yongdusan Park and rejuvenate at Hushimchung Spa.

Day 8:  At Sea:  

On your cruise, make sure you take in a show in our Main Theatre. Cutting-edge productions from fairy tales to comedies, stadium-style concerts to musical theatre. There’s something for everyone.

Day 9: Seoul (Incheon), South Korea:

Incheon is South Korea’s third-largest metropolis and the largest seaport on the west coast. This capital city is a mix of modern skyscrapers, sophisticated complexes (like the 1988 Olympic Games complex), ancient royal palaces, ornate Buddhist temples and tranquil gardens. A Seoul cruise offers memorable experiences such as watching the sunset over the ocean from Janghang Skywalk, wiggling your toes in fine, silver sand of Sangju, sitting on the rocks along the shore, sport fishing for the day and being dazzled by red and blue silk-covered lanterns lighting up the trees at night. Hike to either the top of Bukhan Mountain or Namsan Mountain, where you’ll enjoy 360-degree views of downtown Seoul. The city is also brimming with great dining options, from five-star Asian cuisine to grab-and-go at the famous Gwangjang Market. Then head over to Dongdaemun Market for amazing keepsakes and souvenirs, like silks, leathers, and fashion accessories.

Day 10:  At Sea:

Our ice-topped Martini Bar is the hub of our fourth deck, and the perfect place for pre-dinner drinks. Choose your favourite from our menu of classic and contemporary martinis.

Day 11-13: Beijing (Tianjin), China:

The sixth largest ancient city in the People’s Republic of China, Tianjin is the home of the respected Beijing opera and the Monastery of Deep Compassion, a  eading Buddhist shrine. The city has also served as the center of China’s political and social fabric for more than 3,000 years and is one of the most popular tourist destination sin the world. From the great wall of China to modern art and fashionable malls, there’s so much to discover on a Beijing cruise.  And don’t miss the Tianjin Eye while in port. It’s a 390-foot tall Ferris wheel built right above the Yongle Bridge. You can also hunt for silverware, porcelain, clocks and memorabilia in the Antique Market and visit the iconic Tianjin Museum, whose architecture mimics the shape of a swan spreading its wings.

Day 15: Jeju Island, South Korea:

South Korea’s tropical island paradise will enchant you with its sandy beaches, swaying palm trees and amazing volcanic landscape. Need a break from your beach towel? Waterfalls, museums, folk villages, scuba diving, hiking and festivals galore will keep you busy. Explore the colorful coral and sea life with a scuba dive off the coast of laid-back Seogwipo. Take an underground stroll through the world’s longest lava-tube cave at Manjanggul.

Day 16: At Sea:

Days 17: Shanghai (Baoshan), China:

Located at the mouth of the Yangtze River, this seaport is a vigorous modern metropolis with proud Chinese heritage and diverse influences including French, British and Russian. Your Shanghai cruise is not complete without strolling through the colorful Bund district, a colonial-era street with neoclassical and art deco architecture, or visiting the Jade Buddha Temple or the beautiful Yu Gardens.  From authentic Chinese and Cantonese cuisine to local teahouses, you’ll find five-star gourmet and time honored traditional offerings to choose from, as well as endless international food options. Make your way to Nanjing Road and browse the hundreds of shops lining the expansive pedestrian walkway for keepsakes and trinkets. Or head over to the Old City God’s Temple Market for authentic Chinese souvenirs.

Following disembarkation, you will be transferred to the airport to get your flight home to Dublin.
